For food assistance, please find your neighbourhood food bank. Drop-in food assistance at our main office location is available for out-of-catchment visitors on a one-time basis. Drop-in hours:

Mondays: 2pm to 4pm
Tuesdays: 1pm to 3pm
Wednesdays: 1pm to 3pm
Thursdays: 2pm to 4pm
Fridays: 12pm to 2pm
