Kraft Canada will be matching donations across Canada from June 2 to June 12

The North York Harvest Food Bank, Food Banks Canada, and Kraft Canada are calling on Canadians to join the Kraft Hunger Challenge to help raise much-needed funds for food banks. With a goal of raising more than $500,000 from June 2 - 12, 2009, donations collected through the Kraft Hunger Challenge will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to a maximum of $150,000 by Kraft Canada.

The campaign will take place across the country and in every province. The funds will be shared among Canadian communities through Food Banks Canada and their provincial members.

Donations can be made online or by cheque to the 'North York Harvest Food Bank' (mailing address: 640 Lawrence Ave West, Toronto, Ontario, M6A 1B1). Please ensure that the comment box in the online form or the memo line on your cheque reads: 'Kraft Hunger Challenge'.
