Spring Food Drive now underway

The Spring Food Drive is now underway until April 9 2010. North York Harvest is appealing to the public for financial and non-perishable food donations to support its network of 60 food programs in northern Toronto.

Financial contributions can be made online or by phone with a credit card by calling 416-635-7771. Cheques can be mailed to: North York Harvest Food Bank, 640 Lawrence Ave West, Toronto, ON M6A 1B1.

Nutritious, non-perishable food items can be dropped off at local fire halls in northern Toronto and participating supermarkets. North York Harvest encourages donors to give food items that they ordinarily eat at home. For more food giving ideas, please refer to our list of suggested food donations.
